Ingredients for a "Discovery Bay"

• Brandy
• Cointreau® Orange Liqueur
• Lemon Sherbet
• Ginger Ale

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Cointreau® Orange Liqueur
• 2 oz Lemon Sherbet
• 2 oz Ginger Ale

Blending Instructions:

• Add brandy, Cointreau, lemon sherbet and ginger ale to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
• Top with ginger ale, and serve
