Ingredients for a "Dirty Rotten"

• Dark Rum
• Harveys® Bristol Cream Sherry
• Rose's® Lime Juice
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Dark Rum
• 1 oz Harveys® Bristol Cream Sherry
• 1/2 oz Rose's® Lime Juice
• 3 - 4 oz Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

• In an old-fashioned glass filled with ice, combine the rum, sherry and lime juice
• Fill with club soda
• Garnish with lemon peel, and serve
