Ingredients for a "Diana Cocktail"

• White Creme De Menthe
• Brandy

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz White Creme de Menthe
• 1/2 oz Brandy

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the white creme de menthe into a brandy snifter filled with crushed ice
• Carefully pour the brandy over the back of a teaspoon in order to float it on top of the creme de menthe
• Serve
