Ingredients for a "Diamond Head"

• Gin
• Apricot Brandy
• Lemon Juice
• Superfine Sugar
• Egg

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 1/2 Egg White

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker
• Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve
