Ingredients for a "Delta Cocktail"

• Scotch Whisky
• Southern Comfort® Peach Liqueur
• Lime Juice
• Superfine Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Scotch Whisky
• 1/2 oz Southern Comfort® Peach Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the scotch whisky, Southern Comfort, lime juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice
• Shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass
• Garnish with a slice of orange and a fresh slice of peach, and serve
