Ingredients for a "Delmonico Cocktail"

• Gin
• Brandy
• Sweet Vermouth
• Dry Vermouth
• Bitters
• Lemon

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1 Dash Bitters
• 1 Twist Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, brandy, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, and bitters
• Stir well
• Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist
