Danish Gin FizzAlcoholic - ABV 17 ( 34 proof)

Ingredients for a "Danish Gin Fizz"

• Gin
• Heering® Cherry Liqueur
• Kirschwasser® Cherry Brandy
• Lime Juice
• Superfine Sugar
• Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Heering® Cherry Liqueur
• 1 tsp Kirschwasser® Cherry Brandy
• 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 2 1/2 oz Soda Water

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the gin, cherry heering, kirsch, lime juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
• Gently stir in the soda/sparkling water
• Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of lime
