Ingredients for a "Cumulus"

• Drambuie® Scotch Whisky
• Tia Maria® Coffee Liqueur
• Cream
• Egg
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 3 Cl Drambuie® Scotch Whisky
• 1 1/2 Cl Tia Maria® Coffee Liqueur
• 1 Cl Cream
• 1 Egg Yolk
• 2 tsp Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Shake intensely with ice
• Serve in a frosted glass, and sprinkle with powdered coffee or nutmeg
