Ingredients for a "Cubano Coffee"

• White Rum
• Creme De Cacao
• Coffee
• Sugar
• Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 30 Cl White Rum (Bacardi)
• 10 Cl White Creme de Cacao (Bols)
• 30 Cl Hot Coffee
• 3 tsp Sugar
• 20 Cl Double Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Warm up rum, creme cacao, sugar and coffee
• Float the double fresh cream floating on top
• Optionally sprinkle some grated chocolate on top of the cream
