Ingredients for a "Crimson Sunset"

• Gin
• Lemon Juice
• Grenadine
• Tawny Port

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Gin
• 2 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp Grenadine
• 1/2 oz Tawny Port

Blending Instructions:

• In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin and lemon juice
• Shake well
• Strain into a cocktail glass
• Drop the grenadine into the center of the drink and float the port on the top
