Ingredients for a "Crimson Fizz"

• Gin
• Strawberries
• Sugar
• Lemon Juice
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 6 Fresh Strawberries
• 1/4 tsp Sugar
• 3/4 - 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 Dash Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Shake well with ice
• Strain into a wine goblet, add a little club soda, and serve
