Ingredients for a "Crimson Cocktail"

• Gin
• Ruby Port
• Lime Juice
• Grenadine Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Ruby Port
• 2 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 tsp Grenadine Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the gin, grenadine and lime juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
• Float port on top, and serve
