Ingredients for a "Cream Sherry Flip"

• Cream Sherry
• Egg
• Superfine Sugar
• Light Cream
• Nutmeg

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 1/2 oz Cream Sherry
• 1 Egg
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 1 tsp Light Cream
• 1 tsp Grated Nutmeg

Blending Instructions:

• Combine the sherry, egg, sugar and cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well
• Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve
