Ingredients for a "Crazy Erika"

• Light Rum
• POM® Pomegranate Juice
• Sprite® Soda
• Lemon Juice
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 3 oz Light Rum
• 3 oz POM® Pomegranate Juice
• 3 oz Sprite® Soda
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except sprite to a collins glass, and stir well to dissolve sugar
• Add sprite, stir lightly, fill glass with ice amd serve
