Ingredients for a "Cordial Cooler"

• Bacardi® White Rum
• Rock Melon
• Pineapple
• Sugar
• Orange Squash

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Bacardi® White Rum
• 3 Rock Melon Chunk
• 3 Pineapple Chunk
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• Orange Squash

Blending Instructions:

• Muddle rockmelon and pineapple chunks with sugar in the bottom of a highball glass
• Add Bacardi white rum and a few ice cubes
• Top with orange squash (premixed with water as per normal cordial ratio)
