Ingredients for a "Continental"

• Light Rum
• Green Creme De Menthe
• Lime Juice
• Powdered Sugar
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 3/4 oz Light Rum
• 1 1/2 tsp Green Creme de Menthe
• 1 Tblsp Lime Juice
• 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
• Add the twist of lemon peel and serve
