Ingredients for a "Colony Room Cocktail"

• Ricard® Pastis
• Gin
• Noilly Prat® French Vermouth
• Angostura® Bitters

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 Dash Ricard® Pastis
• 2 oz Gin
• 2 Dashes Noilly Prat® French Vermouth
• 1 Dash Angostura® Bitters

Blending Instructions:

• Place a dash of ricard into a cocktail glass and swill to coat the inside
• Pour out the excess
• Chill the gin, vermouth and bitters by stirring with ice, and strain into the prepared glass
• Serve
