Ingredients for a "Cojonito"

• Dark Rum
• Walnut Liqueur
• Club Soda
• Papaya Juice
• Peanuts
• Sugar Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Dark Rum
• 1 oz Walnut Liqueur
• 1 Splash Club Soda
• 2 tbsp Papaya Juice
• 3 Peanuts
• 2 Splashes Sugar Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Muddle the peanut butter, sugar syrup and a splash of the Frangelico until very smooth
• Combine with the remaining Frangelico and the rum in a shaker and mix well
• Top with the carbonated water and drop in the peanuts as a garnish
