• Cognac
• Carbonated Water
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Cognac
• Carbonated Water
• 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• Pour cognac into a highball glass over ice cubes
• Fill with carbonated water
• Add the twist of lemon peel, stir, and serve
