Ingredients for a "Coffee Cocktail"

• Cognac
• Ruby Port
• Egg
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Cognac
• 1 oz Ruby Port
• 1 Small Egg
• 1/2 tsp Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a small wine or port glass
• Dust with nutmeg, and serve
