Ingredients for a "Cocomacoque"

• Light Rum
• Red Wine
• Lemon
• Pineapple Juice
• Orange Juice
• Pineapple

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
• 2 oz Red Wine
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 2 oz Orange Juice
• 1 Pineapple
• Stick

Blending Instructions:

• Combine rum, juice of lemon, pineapple juice, and orange juice
• Pour into a collins glass over ice cubes
• Fill with red wine, add the pineapple stick, and serve
