Ingredients for a "Club Cocktail"

• Brandy
• Maraschino Liqueur
• Pineapple Juice
• Peychaud® Bitters

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 2 Dashes Peychaud® Bitters

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a martini or cocktail glass
• Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a strawberry, and serve
