Ingredients for a "Cloud No.11 / Eleventh Cloud."

• Crushed Ice
• Whiskey
• Apple Juice
• Wine

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 Oz Crushed Ice
• 2.03 oz Whiskey
• 2.54 oz Apple Juice
• 45 Oz Wine

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the Whiskey into the glass filled with crushed ice
• Gently pour the apple juice (see the golden colour) and watch the ice going up
• Now pour the wine on top
• The perfect drink will look light golden colour down and a thick wine red cloud on top and the taste glides from wine to apple juice and ends in whiskey
