Ingredients for a "Claremont"

• Angostura® Bitters
• Orange Curacao Liqueur
• Oranges
• Cherries
• Bourbon Whiskey
• Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 3 Dashes Angostura® Bitters
• 3/4 oz Orange Curacao Liqueur
• 2 Slices Oranges
• 2 Cherries
• 1 1/2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
• 1 oz Soda Water

Blending Instructions:

• Muddle an orange slice and a cherry with bitters and curacao in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass
• Remove the orange rind, and add bourbon, ice, and soda
• Garnish with the remaining orange slice and cherry, and serve
