Ingredients for a "Chuhai"

• Shochu
• Soda Water
• Lemon Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Shochu
• 2 1/2 oz Soda Water
• 1 Splash Lemon Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the shochu and soda water into a cocktail glass
• Add the lemon juice, and serve
• Add lime or orange juice as an optional extra
