Ingredients for a "Christmas Martini"

• Gin
• Dry Vermouth
• Peppermint Schnapps

Quantities for one drink:

• 3 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1 tsp Peppermint Schnapps

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the gin, dry vermouth and peppermint schnapps into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice
• Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
• Garnish with a candy cane, and serve
