Ingredients for a "Chocolate Corvette"

• Dark Rum
• Dark Creme De Cacao
• Hot Chocolate
• Heavy Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
• 1/2 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
• 4 oz Hot Chocolate
• 2 oz Heavy Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the rum, creme de cacao and hot chocolate into an Irish coffee cup or glass
• Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top, and serve
