Ingredients for a "Chocolate Banana Sherbet"

• Swiss Chocolate Almond Liqueur
• Bananas
• Yoghurt
• Brown Sugar
• Sugar
• Vanilla

Quantities for one drink:

• 4 tsp Swiss Chocolate Almond Liqueur
• 1 Cup Ripe
• Mashed Bananas
• 1 Cup Yoghurt
• 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
• 4 tsp Sugar
• 2 tsp Vanilla

Blending Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients in a blender
• Blend until smooth and freeze overnight
• Before serving, break up the frozen mixture and blend until smooth with 2 tbsp
• of cold water
• Serve with a spoon in a frosted goblet, and serve
