Ingredients for a "Chilly Irishman"

• Espresso
• Irish Whiskey
• Coffee Liqueur
• Irish Cream
• Ice Cream
• Simple Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

• 3 oz Cold Espresso
• 1 oz Irish Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Irish Cream
• 1 Scoop Ice Cream
• 1 Dash Simple Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a blender with 4 cups of crushed ice
• Blend until smooth
• Pour into parfait glasses, garnish with clover leafs, and serve
