Ingredients for a "Chilled Chocolate Grasshopper"

• Peppermint Schnapps
• Chocolate
• Chocolate Syrup
• Food Coloring
• Vanilla Ice Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
• 2 Pinches Chocolate Chips
• 2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
• 2 Drops Green Food Coloring
• 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Blend the ice cream, food coloring and schnapps together and add to the cocktail glass
• Drizzle the chocolate over the top and then sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top and enjoy!
