Ingredients for a "Cheesecake"

• Bailey's Irish Cream
• Pineapple Juice
• Grenadine

Quantities for one drink:

• 3/4 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
• 3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/4 oz Grenadine

Blending Instructions:

• Mix equal parts of irish cream and pineapple juice in mixing tin filled with ice
• Don't shake, just stir lightly
• Pour genadine in glass and layer mixture on top
