Ingredients for a "Chapper-tini"

• Gin
• alize Red Passion
• white Rum
• limoncello
• chambord

Quantities for one drink:

• 0.85 oz Gin
• 0.85 oz Alize Red Passion
• 0.17 oz White Rum
• 0.17 oz Limoncello
• 0.17 oz Chambord

Blending Instructions:

• Muddle lime with sugar in shaker, pour in spirits
• Shake well then fine strain into martini glass
• Pour chambord slowly into middle of drink
• Should then have 2 layers of colour
• Garnish with lemon slice
