Ingredients for a "Champagne Fizz"

• Gin
• Lemon Juice
• Superfine Sugar
• Champagne

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 3 oz Chilled Champagne

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well
• Strain into a champagne flute, add champagne, and serve
