Ingredients for a "Champagne Cornucopia"

• Vodka
• Peach Schnapps
• Champagne
• Rainbow Sherbert
• Cranberry Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Vodka
• 3/4 oz Peach Schnapps
• 1 oz Champagne
• 2 Scoops Rainbow Sherbert
• 1 oz Cranberry Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the cranberry juice into a large red wine glass and set aside
• Combine sherbet, vodka, and peach schnapps in a cocktail shaker
• Shake until smooth
• Pour over cranberry juice to product a swirl effect
• Layer champagne on top
• Garnish with a slice of orange, and serve
