Ingredients for a "Caribe Cocktail"

• Dark Rum
• Pineapple Juice
• Lemon Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/4 oz Dark Rum
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the rum, pineapple juice and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass
• Garnish with a lime wheel, and serve
