Ingredients for a "Canyon Quake"

• Irish Cream
• Brandy
• Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• Light Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 3/4 oz Irish Cream
• 3/4 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• 2 oz Light Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the Irish cream, brandy, amaretto and light cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake very well
• Strain into a brandy snifter, and serve
