Ingredients for a "Canario"

• Pisco Brandy
• Mandarin Juice
• Pineapple Syrup
• Lime Juice
• Caster Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Pisco Brandy
• 1 1/2 oz Mandarin Juice
• 1 tsp Pineapple Syrup
• 1/4 oz Lime Juice
• 1 tsp Caster Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into a double-cocktail glass filled with crushed ice
• Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve
