Ingredients for a "Canadian Daisy"
Quantities for one drink:
- 2 oz Canadian Whisky
- 1 tsp Brandy
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Raspberry Syrup
- 4 oz Soda Water
Blending Instructions:
- Pour the whisky, lemon juice and raspberry syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
- Fill with sparkling water
- Float the brandy on top
- Garnish with a few raspberries, and serve
