Ingredients for a "Calm Voyage"

• Light Rum
• Strega
• Passion Fruit Syrup
• Lemon Juice
• Egg White

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/2 oz Light Rum
• 1/2 oz Strega
• 1 Tblsp Passion Fruit Syrup
• 2 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1/2 Egg White

Blending Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time
• Pour into a champagne flute and serve
