Ingredients for a "Cafe Zurich"

• Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• Anisette
• Cognac
• Coffee
• Honey
• Whipped Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/2 oz Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• 1 1/2 oz Anisette
• 1 1/2 oz Cognac
• 4 - 6 oz Coffee
• 1 tsp Honey
• 1/2 - 1 oz Whipped Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Add amaretto, cognac and anisette to a coffee mug
• Fill almost to the top with hot coffee
• Add honey and top with a puff of whipped cream
