Ingredients for a "Cafe San Juan"

• Gold Rum
• Coffee
• Lemon
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Gold Rum
• 1 Cup Cold Coffee
• 1 Twist Lemon Peel
• 1 tsp Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Pour rum over ice cubes in a small highball glass
• Fill with coffee, and stir
• Add a twist of lemon, sugar, and serve
