Ingredients for a "Cafe Mocha"

• Leblon Cachaca
• Kahlua
• Half & Half
• Chocolate Syrup
• Espresso

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 Oz Leblon Cachaca
• 1/2 Oz Kahlua
• 2 Oz Half & Half
• 1 Oz Chocolate Syrup
• 1 Oz Espresso

Blending Instructions:

• Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with crushed ice and shake sharply
• Strain into a frosted martini glass, and garnish with a sugared rim and three coffee beans
