Ingredients for a "Cafe de Paris"

• Gin
• Anisette
• Egg White
• Heavy Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Anisette
• 1 Egg White
• 1 oz Heavy Cream

Blending Instructions:

• In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients
• Shake well
• Strain into a sour glass
