Ingredients for a "Cafe Au Kirsch"
Quantities for one drink:
- 1 1/2 oz Kirschwasser® Cherry Brandy
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Egg White
- Coffee
Blending Instructions:
- Combine the kirsch, sugar and egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well, and strain into a wine glass
- Fill with coffee, stir, and serve
