Ingredients for a "Cafe Au Kirsch"

• Kirschwasser® Cherry Brandy
• Sugar
• Egg
• Coffee

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Kirschwasser® Cherry Brandy
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 Egg White
• Coffee

Blending Instructions:

• Combine the kirsch, sugar and egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and strain into a wine glass
• Fill with coffee, stir, and serve
