Ingredients for a "Cafe Antrim"

• Irish Whiskey
• Cognac
• Powdered Sugar
• Coffee

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Irish Whiskey
• 1 tsp Cognac
• 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
• Coffee

Blending Instructions:

• Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well and strain into an old-fashioned glass
• Garnish with an orange wedge, and serve
