Ingredients for a "Bubbly Martini"

• Gin
• Champagne

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Champagne

Blending Instructions:

• Stir gin and champagne gently in a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes
• Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with two olives, and serve
• Note: the quality of the drink is proportional to the quality of the champagne used
