Ingredients for a "Brief Encounter"

• Peach Schnapps
• Coconut Liqueur
• Orange Sherbet
• Grenadine Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Peach Schnapps
• 1 oz Coconut Liqueur
• 1 Scoop Orange Sherbet
• 1 Dash Grenadine Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Combine the sherbet, peach schnapps and coconut liqueur in a blender
• Blend until smooth
• Pour into a tall glass and drizzle with grenadine
• Garnish with lemon slices, and serve
