Ingredients for a "Brandy Sling"

• Sugar
• Water
• Lemon Juice
• Brandy
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 2 tsp Water
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 2 oz Brandy
• 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the sugar, water, lemon juice, and brandy
• Shake well
• Strain into an old-fashioned glass
• Garnish with the lemon twist
