Ingredients for a "Brandy Plush"

• Brandy
• Simple Syrup
• Angostura® Bitters
• Milk

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 4 Dashes Angostura® Bitters
• 4 oz Milk

Blending Instructions:

• Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled wine glass
• Dust with freshly grated nutmeg, and serve
