Ingredients for a "Brandy Melba"

• Brandy
• Peach Brandy
• Raspberry Liqueur
• Lemon Juice
• Orange Bitters

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Peach Brandy
• 1/2 oz Raspberry Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 4 Dashes Orange Bitters

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the brandy, peach brandy, raspberry liqueur, lemon juice and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice
• Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
• Garnish with a slice of peach, and serve
